Can anyone help me to get my money back or at least a phone number? First, there are no matches. Before I was completely gone, I made sure I canceled the service and not to renew online. They said my old rate was no longer available! June 14, I signed up about three weeks ago, and most of the "matches" are in Canada, Idaho, Washington, or California.

May 27, I tried the annual subscription and found out the matching was so awful not sure how much database they have for the guys. And one of the customer service reps even agreed with that statement. If they satisfy so many people, why would they lock you into a contract? In looking back, I realized that they have kept my profile "alive" when I had initially tried the "free weekend trial" over a year ago. June 10, I left eHarmony in after a very short period, maybe 2 weeks, as it just wasn't my thing. She said my profile was set up wrong. They said my old rate was no longer available! I signed up for the one I could afford right now, and then realized that they only gave me access to a few people a day only one of which I was interested in. All they do is take your money. Most of my friends have been successful on free websites. I am sharing with everyone, never use eHarmony!!! Sorry, but nobody deals with crap customer service on an overpriced dating site, with too many better competitors out there.
